Privacy policy
Effective October 2026. This policy explains what KCINPOINT Productions (“we,” “us”) collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out the project form or email us: your name, company, email, phone number, project details, dates, locations and budget range.
- Support and donations. If you contribute, the payment service you choose (for example PayPal, Cash App or Zelle) processes your payment. We receive your name, amount and contact details from that service, but never your full card or bank details.
- Basic site data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and plan and deliver your project.
- To send invoices, receipts and project updates.
- To thank supporters and share updates on projects you supported, if you opt in.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our website host and form service, email provider, and payment and invoicing tools. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Videos and outside links
Our work is hosted on YouTube. When you click through to watch, YouTube's own privacy policy and cookies apply. Links to other sites are not covered by this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries and client records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email Nick@kcinpointproductions.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for adults booking or supporting video work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes & contact
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above. Questions: KCINPOINT Productions, Houston, Texas · Nick@kcinpointproductions.com.
