HOW BOOKING WORKS

Simple terms

01Tell us the projectFill out the intake form. You get a written quote within 2 business days.
0250% books the dateA signed agreement and 50% deposit hold your shoot date. The deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the shoot.
03First cut in 7–14 daysBusiness days from the shoot, depending on the package. Revisions are turned around in 3–5 days.
04Balance on deliveryThe remaining 50% is due before final files are released. Retainers bill on the 1st of each month.

Rates for the Houston area, effective 2026. Packages are starting prices; final pricing depends on scope, locations, crew and deliverables. Nonprofits and churches: ask about community rates.
